In 2009 Sumobaby took on the development of The Cosmetic Skin Clinic's existing website, with a challenge to increase traffic to the site, primarily through SEO. This was quickly achieved and in 2010 and 2011, an average of 70% of site traffic was from search engine referrals. Overall, 2009-2011 saw a 389% increase in unique visitors and a 437% increase in search referrals.

In addition to the ongoing SEO, incremental improvements have also been made to the functionality of the site and general UI, including the successful integration of an email marketing tool.
